Queen’s Five only sells new products in their original packaging. Upon shipment, Queen’s Five ensures control of the state of its products and their safe packing in order to avoid damages.
In order to return items, customers have to make sure that these are in their original condition:
Products must be clean and look unused (no scratches, no discolorations, no stains, no changes to their surface, nor additions)
Products must be returned in their original packaging and with anything else contained in the original packaging (instructions, manuals, accessories, etc)
Originally sealed products must be returned sealed
Fabric-based products may not be washed
Products that came with obvious factory defects may be returned and either refunded or exchanged. Such defects can include:
Deformed or disproportioned products
Products with electric malfunctions
Poorly assembled products
Products that were originally shipped in a good condition but arrive broken or not functioning properly can be returned. Refunds or exchanges can only be made after proving that the damage was not responsibility of the customer or that it happened before delivery. Therefore it is important for the customer to contact us immediately (48 Hours) after receiving a damaged item.
